Tariff is per night based on two people sharing and includes Breakfast. Please enquire for single rates.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation there will be no charge as long as notice exceeds 7 days prior to your visit.
Cancelling 7 days or less will incur deposit cost of £25 which should be paid by credit card at time of booking.
Should we be able to re-let your room for the same period your card will be credited with the relevant amount.

Arrival/Departure

Arrival time is between 4pm and 6pm unless you have contacted us and requested an alternative time, and we ask
that you vacate your room by 10.30am. We would appreciate you letting us know your approximate time of arrival
so we can make sure everything is ready when you arrive. In the event of an early arrival, we hope you understand if
your room is not ready, but you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and explore Wells or the surrounding
countryside of Somerset.

Children Well-behaved children are welcome
